Order Processing

We work to offer same or next business day processing on all orders. This does not include weekends or holidays. If you place an order after 2 pm PST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

Customs & Import Charges

If you live outside of the US, please be aware that you may be subject to customs & import charges. These charges are imposed by the destination country and we are not able to control or estimate any applicable fees or charges. Customs and import fees are the responsibility of the person receiving the package and not included in the cost of delivery. Please read our customs & import fees notice for more information.

Shipping Time Estimates

Please be aware that all delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed by the shipping company. The order processing time (which is typically same or next business day) may also affect when you actually receive the product. If you need an item by a certain date, please order early to avoid disappointment.

Currency

As you shop, the website may show you your local currency. This information is provided to help you gauge the cost of the product in local terms. However this is only an estimate, based on currency conversion data provided by a third party.

Delays

We offer a 30-day order protection guarantee. If you don't receive your order after 30 days* since it was shipped, we will issue you a full refund.

*Please note the delays are very rare and are mainly caused by customs or extreme weather conditions. We hope for your patience and understanding should this happen.

Tracking Your Order
