Refund policy

You are eligible for a refund /exchange of any product (unused, in the same condition that you received it in, and have its original packaging) that is returned/exchanged within 30 days of delivery, except for:

  • FINAL CLEARANCE: This item is sold as-is, and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
  • AFTER-MARKET ACCESSORY: This item is sold as-is, and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
  • HEALTH SAFETY: Due to the nature of this product, all sales are final and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

NOTE: Do not return defective items. Your return will be denied and no refund will be issued. If you received a defective item, please contact Customer Service.

You may choose to receive a refund to the original form of payment or process an exchange. Please note that a return processing fee of $4.95 will be deducted from returns to original payment method. Shipping and handling costs will not be credited.  Once and exchange has been processed, your product is no longer refundable. You can process another exchange for another product.

Returns of BOGO (Buy One Get One) or Special Promotions Where You Receive Discounted Products Based on Conditions:The return value will be equal to the original purchase price reduced by its prorated discount. Returned items must comply with all Refund Policy terms.

How To Return/Exchange Your Product

If you are not the original purchaser (e.g. you received the item as a gift), please contact Customer Service. We will guide you through our Gift Exchange process.

If you are the original purchaser, start your return/exchange process by submitting a request for product return/exchange at (bottom of this page).

You will receive an email with your unique RMA/EXC (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions on how to send the product back. Without the RMA/EXC number, returns/exchanges will not be accepted.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item along with the approval or rejection of your return/exchange.

If your return/exchange is approved and:

  • If you asked for an exchange you will receive an order confirmation for the items you have requested in your exchange.
  • If you asked for a refund of your original form of payment, it may take 5-10 business days for the transaction to appear on your bank or credit card statement. Because of the way Apple Pay works, refunds will appear as balance in your Apple Pay account (not the credit card you used).

Once and exchange has been processed, your product is no longer refundable. You can process another exchange for new a new product.

It is your responsibility to return the product in acceptable condition. If your returned item is damaged (whether by you, or during transit), you may not receive the full product value.
