Returns Questions

What Items are Non-Refundable?
Any item that was sent out by our team as a free gift, promotional item, or a contest prize will not be granted a refund. 
What Items are Returnable?
You may return your item within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. In order to return an item, it must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged, and be in the original packaging. Please see our Returns Policy page for more information.
Will I be Charged For my Return?
Epic Watch Bands does not have any restocking fees on returned products. However, keep in mind that the original shipping costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for any shipping charges when sending the product(s) back. Please see our Returns Policy page for more information.
How Soon Will I Get my Refund?
Once your returned package is received by our team, we will inspect the product(s) and then will proceed to send an email notifying you that we have received your item and whether your return is approved or rejected. If you are approved, we will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 10 business days. Purchasing Questions

How do I checkout with Apple Pay
Apple Pay only works on Safari browsers (for Mac and iOS devices). That is an Apple security limitation outside our control. If you access our website using "in-app" browsers (such as Facebook app or Instagram app) or other browsers (such as Chrome or IE) you can still buy from us, but you will not be able to pay with Apple Pay.
I Need to Change Something on my Order. How Can I do That?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes. 
My Order Status Says "Unfulfilled". What Does That Mean?
"Unfulfilled" just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled."
Why Was my Order Canceled?
If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that that is not true, please order again with a Paypal account. If you do not have Paypal, you can easily sign up at
Do I Need to Create an Account to Place an Order?
Creating a customer account is optional, and not required to place an order. However we recommend that you create an account, because it lets you track your order, see order history and makes it easier for future checkouts (you won't need to re-type everything in again). You'll also get the benefit of receiving discount coupons that only work for registered customers.

Watch Band Questions

Do You Sell Apple Watches?
No, we do not sell Apple Watches. We only sell watch bands for use with your own Apple Watch.
Are These Official Apple Watch Bands?
We are not Apple resellers and do not sell official Apple products. We sell third-party bands designed to work with Apple Watches (like how you can buy iPhone cases from other stores). As you can tell from the hundreds of positive reviews from our customers, we offer only high quality products that are 100% compatible, all at reasonable prices.
Are All Watch Bands Waterproof?
Our silicone watch bands are waterproof, however we don't recommend getting any of our watch bands wet when attached to your Apple Watch. We will not issue any refunds or exchanges if your band suffers water damage.
What Type of Leather is Used?
Our leather watch bands are made from genuine cow-hide leather.
Is There a Warranty?
Epic Watch Bands does not have a warranty on our products. We do, however, offer a 30-day money back guarantee if you dislike your product or if it was damaged in shipping. Please see our Returns Policy page for more information.
