Here is some additional information on how you can make the most of your Wireless Charger!
Your charger comes with 3 pieces.
The charger comes with an 18W power adapter, which we recommend you use with this charging pad.
If you do not use our power adapter (you can plug the USB cable into any powered USB port), be careful to make sure it supplies enough power to charge 3 devices at the same time (otherwise not all devices may charge, or it may take a long time to get to full charge). We only guarantee the proper functioning of the wireless charger when used with our power adapter.
The Apple Watch uses a unique wireless charging connector. As a result, your Apple Watch will only charge on the right side of the pad.
The left and middle area are Qi-standard charging areas. The left-most area provides 7.5W (max 10W) charging, so is best for your iPhone. The middle-area provides 5W charging, so is best for your AirPods. Your iPhone make take longer to charge if you place it in the middle-area.
Obviously this is a wireless charger. Which means it will only charge devices that support wireless charging.
The Qi-certified charging areas can wireless charge:
The Apple Watch charging area can wireless charge Series 1-5.
This is a power-efficient smart charger. This means, to avoid wasting electricity, the device will only charge when it detects a compatible device is in place. Be careful where/how you place your device(s) on the charging pad to make sure the pad detects it and activates the charging function.
The front LED will light up when the pad is in charging mode.
Like all electronic equipment, gently wipe with dry microfiber cloth. Do not use chemicals or harsh material.
